Once you select an item, we check real-time inventory and provide a quote based on your quantity. It is also important for us to review timelines at this point.
Art & Proofing
We take your Vector Art and create a digital mockup. You’ll see exactly how your logo sits on the product, confirming size and color placement before we go to press.
Production
Your items are imprinted using the best method for the material (Screen Print, Pad Print, Laser Engrave, or Full Color Digital). Production typically takes 10 to 15 business days.
Delivery
Your order is shipped directly to your location. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on your event.
Understanding the Price Grid
Promotional products are priced on a "sliding scale." Because it takes the same amount of time to set up a machine for 50 pens as it does for 5,000, your per-piece cost drops as your quantity increases.

Setup Charges Explained
Almost every product requires a "Setup Fee." This isn't a profit margin—it's the cost of creating the screen, the laser program, or the printing plate for your specific logo. The good news? On larger orders, this fee becomes a tiny fraction of the unit cost!
The Requirement: Vector Art
To print your logo on a curved surface (like a mug) or a small surface (like a pen), we need Vector Files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). Unlike photos, vectors can be scaled to the size of a billboard or shrunk to the size of a thumb-drive without losing any clarity.
