Professional Embroidery

More than just thread and needle—it's a high-impact, three-dimensional representation of your brand's commitment to quality.

The Strategic Advantage

Why Choose Embroidery?

Embroidery is the preferred choice for corporate identity, professional uniforms, and high-end retail. Unlike screen printing, embroidery utilizes high-sheen thread to create a textured, raised effect that conveys authority and longevity.

The "Executive" Look

It is the industry standard for polos, dress shirts, and outerwear. It suggests a higher level of investment in your team.

Permanent Durability

Embroidery does not fade, crack, or peel. It is designed to outlast the garment itself, even with frequent commercial laundering.

Multi-Color Efficiency

Since pricing is based on stitch count, not colors, you can use up to 15 colors in a single design for no additional cost.

Expert Guidance

Choosing the Right Apparel

Not every garment is a candidate for embroidery. The "Weight" and "Weave" of the fabric must be able to support the tension of thousands of stitches. We help you navigate:

  • Polos & Knits: We recommend 180gsm+ weights to prevent sagging.
  • Headwear: Structured caps allow for bold, "3D Puff" embroidery.
  • Fleece & Softshells: We use specialized stabilizers to ensure the logo doesn't "sink" into the fabric.
  • Dress Shirts: We utilize light-density digitizing to maintain the shirt's drape.

"We don't just put a logo on a shirt; we pair the right art with the right fabric."

The Anatomy of a Stitch

Experience the technical journey from your digital file to a finished piece of branded apparel.

01

The Digitizing Art

This is where the magic happens. We take your Vector Artwork and translate it into a stitch map. Our digitizers decide the stitch angle, pull compensation, and density to ensure your logo looks sharp and doesn't pucker the fabric.

02

Hooping & Backing

To ensure the logo stays perfectly centered and crisp, we "hoop" each garment by hand. We use a variety of "backings"—internal stabilizers that remain inside the garment to provide the structure needed for the stitches to sit flat.

03.

Machine Calibration

Our multi-head industrial machines are calibrated for the specific thread type (Polyester vs. Rayon) and the needle size required for your fabric. A typical logo consists of 5,000 to 15,000 individual needle penetrations.

04

The Clean & Press

Once the machine finish, we perform manual thread trimming. Every garment is then steamed to remove any hooping rings and inspected for stitch quality before being folded and packed for you.

Understanding the Pricing

Embroidery is priced differently than printing. Because the "setup" (digitizing) is the most labor-intensive part, small orders carry a higher initial cost, while large runs become highly cost-effective.

Order Size Turnaround Best For
12 - 24 Pieces 10-15 Days Small Teams / VIP Gifts
48 - 144 Pieces 10-15 Days Corporate Uniforms
500+ Pieces Contact Us Major Events / Retail

Pro Tip: Stitch Counts

Most standard pocket-sized logos are under 8,000 stitches. If your logo is very dense or has a solid background, the "stitch count" increases, which increases the machine time and the cost. We can often adjust the design density to meet your budget without sacrificing the look!

The Vector Foundation

Our digitizing software reads the mathematical paths of a **Vector File (.AI, .EPS, .PDF)** to determine the stitch direction. If you provide a "Raster" file (JPG or PNG), the edges of your logo are made of pixels, which results in "jagged" stitching.

Always send Vector art to ensure your brand's fine details are preserved in thread.
